Berg and I went on an afternoon date to our favorite kind of place...the intersection of where antiques meet weirdness or the macabre...Hail - Dark Aesthetics in Nashville. On our way out the door, I spotted this photo and thought...hey, I know that kid. It took me just a couple of seconds to realize how much this child favored Naiya and Naiya's grandfather, Tony. Do you see it, too?

Kindred and her little neighborhood bestie are taking this Outschool class together online. They love to shout across the backyards when they are out doing assignments for it. Kindred is making a bird feeder today. We can't wait to see which birds find it super yummy.

Ash's grandfather owns the second-highest hill in the county we grew up in, so
we headed up there (slowly...very slowly) on snow-covered roads to make
some memories with the girls. We don't get this kind of snow every
year in our area, so when we do...we take advantage.

Dylan skateboard/sledded the whole way down.
The youngsters called that...sending it.

Soon-to-be brother-in-law

I'm not really sure who had the most fun...
so grateful for the memories of healthy happy smiles.
