My Daily Drink Recipe

I call this my daily witches brew, haha! I try to keep these staples on hand, but I'll throw extra juice or mineral drops in, as needed.

  • Buried Treasure VM100 Complete- 2 Tbsps of my multivitamin.
  • Ginger Juice- 1 Tbsp of this great anti-inflammatory which helps some folks who can't tolerate turmeric without stomach distress. 
  • Beetroot Juice- 2 Tbsps of this blood oxygenating juice. Good source of potassium, lowers BP, helps fight dementia, etc. It's so good for you!!
  • Cranberry Concentrate- 1 Tbsp just to stay on the safe side of my small urethra.
  • Carrot Juice- 2 to 4 Tbsps for eye health. I have a small tear in my retina from 2013 that isn't healed, nor is it getting worse. It just flashes occasionally. I just want a little extra love for my eyes.
  • Aloe Vera Juice- 1 Tbsp for alkalinity and hydration. 
  • Collagen Protein-  1 scoop to help my connective tissues. I have popping hips, like daily, loud popping hips and sometimes they can flare up painfully. I feel like supporting them with added collagen is one way to ward off a trip to the specialist. 
  • Turmeric Powder- Between 1 tsp to 1 Tbsp, depending on the day. It is my favorite anti-inflammatory. It makes the juice just slightly spicy and really adds to the flavor. 
  • Orange juice- I double what's in the cup after I've added everything else and then I top with filtered water.
